Regular fee (participation in-person) – 250 €
Regular Registration fees includes: access to all Conference Sessions, access to virtual Poster Session, electronic version of a book of abstracts, access to the post-conference resources, e-certificate of attendance, coffee breaks, lunches, delegate materials with personal protective equipment

Student fee (participation in-person)  - 150 € - The Student Conference fee includes the same items as the Regular fee.

Virtual participant fee -100 €
Virtual Registration fees includes: individual code to virtual access to all Conference Sessions, Poster Session and full access to online discussion, electronic version of a book of abstracts, access to the post-conference resources, e-certificate of attendance.

Virtual Pre-Recorded Presentation: If you have limited IT resources, we offer you to present your research through Pre-Recorded PowerPoint presentation. 

All participants are encouraged submit paper for publication. Selected papers after peer review will be published in Nukleonika journal. The manuscripts for publishing should be prepared with the requirements of the journal and delivered in a final form during the conference.

On registering for the conference, participants (also referred to as “you”) are entering an agreement with Organisers. By registering to the Conference, you are indicating your acceptance to the terms and conditions set out below.

Registration The Conference registration is available online. The registration is binding.

Registration Fees The registration fees are listed at Registration and Accommodation page.
Registration fees include the following services:

  • Access to exhibition
  • Conference program
  • Conference kit
  • Coffee breaks and lunches

Payment & Invoice Upon completing the on-line registration you will receive a proforma invoice. It will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

Please note:

  • payments should clearly state the participant’s name(s)
  • all payments should have the remark: NUTECH 2020 – participant’s name and surname
  • payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration
  • the invoices for registration will be issued and sent by Mazurkas Congress & Congress Management (Congress Secretariat).
  • please notify us via e-mail if you need an invoice for making payment

Confirmation of registration Confirmation of Registration and payment will be confirmed by e-mail.

Changes to registration Changes to your original application for registration will be accepted before 4th September, 2020 and should be sent in writing to the NUTECH 2020 Registration Team to:

Cancellation policy

  • In case of cancellation a written notification must be sent in writing to the NUTECH 2020 Registration Team
  • Cancellations received before or on 15 July 2020 – full refund less 25% administration fee
  • Cancellations received on or after July 16, 2020 – no refund
  • Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the cancellation letter.
  • Reimbursements will not be granted for late arrivals, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the Conference

Consent to be photographed As a registered participant, I hereby authorise the Organiser and its official photographers/videographers to photograph me within the context of
the NUTECH 2020 International Conference on Development and Applications of Nuclear Technologies for use on the Conference website, marketing materials, social media accounts and in the press.

Other photography Conference participants are entitled to take photographs at the NUTECH 2020 International Conference on Development and Applications of Nuclear Technologies for their own personal, educational and/or advocacy purposes. The Organizer will not be liable if participants object to being photographed in these circumstances.
